Roadrunner Apartments Dorm Reviews at GCU

Very central to main campus, it is close to all of my classes. It is right by most of the food options on campus as well. The apartment style gives you your own personal space as well as a common area/living room.

Roadrunner was the perfect freshman apartment building on campus. The staff was very helpful and the location was phenomenal. The RA's were very welcoming and accommodating as well as very knowledgeable about everything GCU!

Roadrunner apartments were so clean as the environment matched the expectations of on-campus students. I would like to mention the most important benefit (according to me) offered is the accessibility and flexibility of time and place.

Roadrunner Apartment is a really good housing option for freshman. The is quite, clean, and close to a lot of restaurants and classes especially if you are a science major. Every apartment has 2 restrooms.

Roadrunner is an amazing apartment for freshman attending Grand Canyon University. It so in the middle of campuses and is very close to lopes way, where a majority of the restaurants are located. The only problem I had during my stay was how loud it could be during events on the quad or in the arena that could be heard within the apartment. Other than that it is a great apartment with amazing staff that are so helpful and easy to reach if any issues come through. I personally believe it is the best freshman apartment on campus.

I moved to Roadrunner the second semester of my freshman year. It is a freshman apartment. It is beautiful, quiet, and clean. The only thing I will change about the apartment is the WiFi; it was slow.

Honestly, this was the best part of my freshman year of college. I loved that I did not have to share a communal bathroom or live in a dorm with someone I did not know. Highly recommend living in an apartment as a freshman!

The roadrunner apartments were awesome and cozy. They have an awesome location and pretty much in the middle of campus. Class rooms and other dorms are a very short walk from the roadrunner apartments.

Roadrunner Apartments has been the best dorm room I could have ever asked for a a freshman. Each student has their own bedroom and closet. The room also comes with a bed and desk. There are two bathrooms per apartment, so each bathroom holds two people. There is also a living room and kitchen. The walls are thin so you can sometimes hear people above and below you but overall not bad. There is always a staff member on duty to clean up common areas and hallways, so the apartment is always clean! This has been especially important with Covid-19. Overall, the nicest dorm I could imagine!

Roadrunner can be an exciting and easy way to connect with everyone throughout the school. As a freshman, you are placed in the center of campus and can find your way around without confusion. The building is brand new and has some of the most updated rooms on all of campus. The bathrooms and other rooms in the apartment are clean, spacious, and provide an excellent second home to stay at. The apartments also give some of the best views on campus!
