Hanson Hall Dorm Reviews at Gettysburg

The rooms in Hanson are bigger and nicer than some of the other dorms on campus. The whole building has AC. No major issues except that the basement (which is a single-gender floor) has one bathroom and toilets and showers often get clogged. Other than that, I really liked living in Hanson.

I lived in Hanson Basement where only females live there. The bathroom is bigger than the normal floor bathrooms. It is quiet but active when the RA makes activities. The downside is that the walls are thin which makes it easy to hear others outside.

I am so glad my first year experience was in Hanson, definitely the best hall. The friendships made in Hanson Hall will last a lifetime. Within the first week of classes Hanson will begin to quickly feel like home.
