Depends on which floor you live on honestly. The all mens floor usually is the most nasty and the all women's floor is in much better condition. Showers usually have at least one thing broken but the bathrooms are extremely nice. Norris used to be the worse dorm on campus but now it's like a hotel (Nicest dorm on campus currently). However, fines are usually frequent as students don't really know how to take care of things. Last year a table was thrown into the 2nd floor window.
