There are areas that are louder than others and unfortunately, I was sandwiched between two loud rooms. The walls aren't that thin, but in my experience, it was only noisy due to screaming, yelling, and running. A normal voice tone cannot pass through the walls. Just pray that you'll get quiet neighbors, but other than that, the price was ok for this dorm.
