Regents Park Dorm Reviews at UHart

Regents needs to be updated immediately. The living quarters do not feel clean. Stains and other non clean things are apparent when walking in to the space. A multitude of other health concerns arise as well when living there. Mold and lack of a kitchen area and no A/C for a more expensive room does not make sense.

I had a good time in the dorms however, there is no heat that works in the dorms so in the winter it is cold. We had a huge mouse problem in our dorm that lasted a week. The bathrooms are the bare minimum and need to be updated. And anyone can get into the building at anytime so I did not feel safe. Overall not the best experience.

I've been living there for about a semester almost two now. I love how it is and the location of the suites in general. However, one thing I would improve on is the plumbing and possibly updates on furniture. Also, the maintenance of the laundry machines.
