Kem is a great hall for upperclassmen who want to be distant from freshman but still close to classrooms as well as the student center. The parking lot here for Kem hall is always filled, so chance of finding a spot are low.

It is a very quiet and safe place. Everyone is very respectful and kind. The staff there are very helpful. The only negative is that it is a little outdated but nothing that isn't liveable. The common areas are well put together.
