I'm having a good year here in Hilliard Hall. I am decently close to the rest of campus and I have a parking lot right next to my hall. I am farther away from my friends up in the towers and the terraces, but it could be worse. My RA is fantastic and I am really enjoying my year so far. more

Clarke Hall

My roommate was amazing, but the cleanliness of the dorm hall was not the best. There were a lot of problems and malfunctions with the building's facilities. Some students were often loud, which made it hard to study in my dorm or be productive. more

Circle Apartment 141

Its a great space where you can live with three other friends. A nice communal area, clean kitchen, and lot of room for activity. It never gets boring! Especially during COVID, Circle Apartment 141 is a great place to develop a social bubble and keep safe. more

T5 is great! Very clean, not loud at all, great residents and staff. The bathroom situations are great, all residents make an effort not to dirty and staff generally keeps it very clean. I would say it’s a 10/10 more

Terrace 06

The location is a bit isolating from the rest of campus, but overall the dorm is nice. Terrace 06 is one of the only buildings in terraces to have a renovated restroom, which is super nice and clean. The rooms are way larger than what I've had before. Overall, I would probably recommend Terrace 06, especially if you prefer to have a less busy quad and more quietness. more

West Tower

The dorms are average, there are frequent bug/rodent problems. The bathrooms are clean and the halls/bathrooms are cleaned every morning. The elevators are broken at least once a week. The ground level common area is disgusting. The fridges, microwave, and oven are nasty. more

Garden Apartment 27

Still crappy student housing that's exorbitantly overpriced, but better than first and second-year housing. I lived in Gardens for 2 years, and for 4 of those 4 semesters I was in a 2-person apartment by myself. Perfect size for just me, but definitely cramped with 2 people. The 4 person Gardens are all right but everyone and their dog knows someone who's fallen down the spiral staircase. more

I am happy. It has a good size common area. Response for maintenance is relatively quick. The view I have is nice and I like the balcony. Storage in kitchen is a bit small but other than that I like living here. more

Terrace 02 (Sustainably Conscious)

No accessible enterance. As someone with joint problems, that's my biggest complaint. Stairs are unavoidable and there are a LOT of them. Also the bathrooms are pretty dirty and you're right next to the street, so it can get loud outside the window. Pros? Spacious rooms, many bathrooms on every floor (at least 2 individual and 1 communal), right above terrace dining hall, so food is never an issue, and we're really close to the educational buildings, although again, stairs are unavoidable and there are a lot. more

Circles apartments are a really good option for upper-class students to still live on campus but get the apartment experience. The rooms are really big, the kitchen and living area are nice, and the bathrooms are big and clean. more

Terrace 12

It is one of the farthest dorms on campus and is definitely a leg workout and you will be panting by the end. The bathrooms are the worst and the shower stalls are gross especially when people leave hair in the drain and water starts to fill up. Some of the rooms have good views and a balcony and the double rooms with a hallway are fairly large. more

The building itself was older, but the room I was in was quite cozy. It felt like home. My roommate and I set up the room in a way that was functional yet showered for space to move around. The bathroom situation wasn’t always the greatest because there were many girls living on the floor with only two toilets. more

Fine place to live, especially if you manage to get one of the few single rooms with an attached bathroom. Not too noisy, great spot for building your Ithacalves too. In the winter, some of the stairwells are uncomfortably warm, but the rooms themselves are fine. more

It's a practical and comfortable student apartment. There are often alerts of break-ins and other dangers, but taking precaution helps. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, it's nothing fancy but its definitely an upgrade from dorms. more

Living in circles apartments was very pleasant. The apartments are only a short walk from campus and a short drive or bus ride into Ithaca commons. The apartments are very spacious and everything is well maintained. The kitchen has all the appliances you need and the common space is huge! more
