Being that the building is fairly new (a couple years old), the most notable features are the bathrooms, study rooms, and common areas available in this dorm. There is a recreational area located at the ground floor and a communal kitchen. Each floor has a study rooms separated by wings and a larger study room at the center of each floor. Laundry is available at every floor except the ground floor and is free of charge (3 dryers and washers for each floor). The only downside is the cost of living which may or may not deter potential residents.

There was proper ac and heat in this building which was amazing. The staff was nice and cared about the students. Although many students would trash the place and break things and make a lot of noise during anytime of day and night. The maintenance is the biggest staff problem because multiple times people were locked out of their rooms for hours due to network hours and the elevators were usually broken with multiple students needing to use them daily for many reasons. We also had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and they urged us out but we went back in as soon has they turned off the water and mopped up some water but not all.
