Pondside 3 is fairly quiet, with an amazing view of the pond. You can expect to see a lot of wildlife right from outside your window. There are a lot of turtles, ducks, and a muskrat that likes to swim around. The suites are pretty big, and they have air conditioning.

Pondside 3 is a great place to live, it has very spacious suites fit for many people and several new amenities to use. The location is great, very close to campus and has a beautiful view of the pond behind the building.
