Austin Residence Complex I Dorm Reviews at Kennesaw State

Overall, my experience in my dorm has been rather pleasant. The maintenance staff stays on top on issues and the front desk workers are very nice and understanding. The rooms and spacious for a dorm and come furnished and equipped with anything you could possibly need.

For a college dorm, ARC is nice because it comes with private bedrooms and bathrooms, and everything, including bedrooms and common areas, is fully furnished. The only problem is that slight movement from upstairs sounds much louder when you live below it. Sometimes there are problems with appliances and other things not working, but the maintenance staff responds quickly. We often deal with bugs too. I'm used to it now, though.

My Experience so far has been great the RA's are very nice and make sure you are well taken care of, the complex is beautiful with great views its a good area to have fun or just study I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to move on campus

I really enjoy the community at ARC 1. However, i do not like the lack of elevators. It makes it extremely difficult to carry things like groceries up 3 flights of stairs. I also do not like the like of lights and hotspots around the building. Other than that, I love ARC 1!

I like living in this area because it’s more quiet and secluded than the other dorms on campus. I also like that I have my own bathroom and bedroom plus a living room and kitchen to share with my roommates. It’s a nice place, but beware of the roaches if you’re living on the first floor.
