I lived on the 7th floor of Caples. Generally, I'd say caples is only worth it if you live on one of the upper floors. Since it's the tallest building on campus, living on an upper-floor allows you to see all over campus. However, the upper-floors are more likely to have water pressure issues (particularly following power outages) and also can get a bit too loud.
