Wefald Dorm Reviews at K-State

The Wefald dorm is very well kept up, especially because it is relatively new. There is also a Cornerstone shop in between Kramer and Wefald, making it very convenient to grab a snack or coffee before class. The dorm room itself is very nice, they have tall ceilings and a separate closet area with shelving. It is the only dorm that provides a microwave for you. Although the actual environment is very nice, there is not as much of a community compared to the other dorms. It is harder to find a group of people and have a close bond with the others on your floor.

My experience was overall good. There was some drama and a few of the residents last year made it more difficult than was necessary. However, the staff was always nice and overall it was a wonderful place to reside.

I love the updated amenities that wefald provides, but don't expect to actually talk to anyone on your floor in my own experience. The residents tend to keep to themselves without much interaction with others.

Wefald was an amazing experience. I met so many amazing people. The staff was so helpful and helped me transition into college. I couldn't have asked for a better dorm experience. The best part was all of the common space. There were so many areas for connecting with people, study groups, or even a little private nook for when you need to call home.
