While living in Adams for 2 years I always felt safe. I think that was more due to the campus itself than the actual hall staff at the time because we never had any interaction with the RA’s. The location of the hall to the main campus was a little farther than desired but it wasn’t terrible. The courtyards were wonderful for studying.

It's quite good, it's livable and good for the price. It's one of the cheapest but it can get you through college. As long as you don't have anything super crazy expensive in there you should be fine.
