Overall a fairly typical dorm experience: the state of the bathrooms is determined by how clean your neighbors are and how much your CAs advocate, but they're never terrible. The rooms get very hot whenever the heaters are on, but having a sink in every room is super nice. more

Ormsby Hall

Ormsby is known for being “haunted” on campus, but I had a great time in this hall. While the walls are very thin, and you can hear what your neighbours are up to all the time, it has private bathrooms and is one of the cleaner dorms. It is also in my favourite part of campus and closest to my classes and friends dorms. more

Plantz Hall

I moved to Plantz during second term, and my experience has been great! It is close to the con, which is great if you are a con student, close to Warch, and has a parking lot in back. The rooms are spacious and all rooms have large windows. Some rooms are a bit louder depending on if you are on the side where college ave is or near a stairwell. more

Hiett Hall

Loved being a resident in Hiett! I was definitely bad and bougie when I was there. Hiett is one of the best halls on campus and I enjoyed having a dorm close to the entrance, with a great view and proximity to my main buildings. more

Kohler Hall

I would say the nicest things about Kohler are how quiet it is and its location. Like all dorms, people do have some issues with the building. For me, it bums me out how tinted the windows are. I walk outside for class and usually need a solid minute to adjust to the new lighting conditions. The lighting in the building is also really dim. more
