Register Hall Dorm Reviews at Longwood

Mix of freshman and upperclassroom. Building exterior is beautiful and space looks news! Register dorm rooms are great with high ceilings. . Suite/private bathrooms include a separate shower space and a separate toilet space so more people can be using the space at the same time. Would be better to have 2 sinks. Lobby/common space is small, but kitchen is great to have. Smaller common spaces exist on each floor and are great for hanging out or doing homework. Walls are TOO thin (especially when gamers are playing/talking all day, especially on the weekends). No one on site and sister dorm (Stubbs) front desk person is often missing. Not as close to some classrooms, but close to the library.

I love living at Register Hall. It is in a perfect location to get to the library and to other locations around campus. Register hall is a nice building but the only downside is you can hear the ambulance siren when they drive

I live on the first floor right next to a side door which is great, for some reason I really enjoy the high ceiling. The dorm is in great proximity to the dinning hall and the library and the best part is the bus stop right outside. My Shower is the only real problem i have it looks cracked and feels gross and it didn't come with a shower curtain.

I was one of the first students to live in Register hall and I absolutely loved it! It is not like your typical dorm, it is more like a hotel. The bathrooms are nice because the toilet is separate from the shower, so when you share it with three other roommates there is no problem. It is also very spacious with big windows with nice natural lighting. It is a great location within walking distance to everything on campus and I could not have been more pleased with my experience in Register my freshman year!
