If you can find decent people to live with, it will be ok. You have to clean up after yourself and buy your own supplies, everyone is aware of that before they move it. But what you aren't aware of is that you will also have to do all your own repairs because maintenance never responds or does anything. One of my suitemates hasn't had a window screen since we moved in and the heaters in the bathroom are at the lowest setting but still blasting heat (temp reads 80=95 degrees). Also the elevator stops working a lot.
