Midrise Hall Dorm Reviews at Marist

Midrise Hall was a very simple designed dorm located by the rotunda. I checked in via security officer after 3 pm. Awesome environment and the people in the dorm were very expressive. My dormitory was located at the edge of the building so I saw the boat, train and river every morning. The view was outstanding, though if you enjoy sleep, can potentially wake up a light sleeper. The classrooms were fairly close to the dormitory, so accessing the class was no problem.

Midrise is in the best location, as it is still connected to the rotunda. The ability to go to the dining hall and not have to walk outside in the winter was my personal favorite part of this building. I thought this was an amazing house freshman year, although it was slightly difficult to make friends.
