Duval Apartments Dorm Reviews at Mercyhurst

It was overall a very clean apartment with a good location on campus. The bathroom is small, but makes up for it with a large mirror space, and some of the apartments have an extra “nook” which served as an extra storage room. However, we had a mouse in our apartment and when we asked others, it was just us.

Duval is one of the cheaper apartments to live in, and it is located not far from the academic buildings. The furniture is average and the walls are kind of thin, but if you don't have noisy neighbors it's not that much of a problem. Garbage has to be taken out to the large trash cans located near the Briggs apartments and Hirt.
