Overall good experience but maintenance issues were common, power and water would go out every few months for a few hours without notice, we had no heat for around a week in winter, shower drain is hard to clean and sometimes over flows.

Newest building but maintenance is VERY slow and does not fix the issues. The study areas and common areas are really nice. The rooms are nice but apartment often smells like weed. The water takes a while to heat up and shower drain does not drain and gets all over floor and rugs
