It’s okay for first years if you like being alone. The rooms are cookie cutter and you can’t rearrange the furniture. There’s no kitchen. There’s not much interaction between people in the building. Cleanliness of the bathrooms depends on your floor. Get used to walking pretty far to go anywhere. The lake is nice though, the path around is a nice quiet place to walk.
