Most of the rooms have character which is great! Also you can turn off the radiator in your room so you have some control over the temperature in the winter. There's a lot of parties on the weekends, but if you're on the upper floors especially they shouldn't bother you too much. Location is great if you are someone who goes to Pratt or Rooke or Chapin a lot and Blanch is pretty close too. The parking lot isn't huge but it does exist
