Gabaldon Hall Dorm Reviews at NAU

I really liked not needing to share a communal bathroom which can be super gross like the ones I've heard being over at McConnel. I also think the building itself is nice and well maintained. I would definitely not recommend dorms that are known for parties like Sechrist or Reilly.

What's nice about Gabaldon Hall is that you have Jack and Jill rooms, which mean there are two different rooms connected to one bathroom. Gabaldon Hall is almost in the middle of campus, being a little further down south. Due to this, everything isn't too far. You're also in the middle of the space between food places. So you have quick access to most food locations on campus.

the halls were very quiet and the doors were thick which made for very nice studying hours and made sleeping easy. the location is far from north campus so but there are buses nearby. the suite style bathrooms are very nice too.

Staying at Gabaldon was the best option for me. Having three roommates made it very entertaining and the location was safe. The shared bathroom was large and easy to clean. I would recommend Gabaldon to anyone.

Gabaldon has been a comfortable and pleasing place to live during the school year. Itβs a bit far from most North Campus classes, but the rooms are nice and the staff is amazing! Suite style housing makes living on campus more homey.

Iβve been living in Gabaldon for about 5 months now and Iβve really been enjoying it. Itβs always clean and the staff are always having small events to help bring residents together or at least brighten their days.

I loved Gabaldon. The personal bathrooms were super nice and the lounges were fun with pool tables, kitchens, tvs and couches. There is even an outdoor patio where you can barbeque. It is a little farther from the center of campus, but that makes it nice to separate school from home. It is close to south campus classes. Some of my favorite college memories are in this residence hall.

Before I moved into Gabaldon Hall, I lived in Calderon Hall. Calderon Hall was very nice and such a quiet dorm, that I thought it was going to be hard to beat. I was wrong. I absolutely love Gabaldon. I appreciate it's location with proximity to the rest of campus and how it is fairly easy to access. At Calderon, there wasn't easy access to a road, but at this dorm there is. The lounges are so nice to hang out in with pool, TV, or ping pong available (not to mention the view). The dorm room offers a lot of space for various activities. As much as I like the dorm and the location, I am not a fan of the plumbing. I have to flush the toilet at least 2-3 times for it to even make a difference and its frustrating. There is a fair amount of noise in the hall, but what can you expect from a bunch of college students on a late night? I do recommend this hall to anyone interested or if anyone is nervous about living here.

For the most part it was positive. Little drug use around the dorm and it was nice to have a view of trees. The layout was a little confusing and the common area wasnβt the best. The inclusion is amazing, however.

Great RA's. Perfect in central campus next to a bus stop and a garage for parking. Suite style so you get your own bathroom with your suitemates so it's not community. Vending machines with really good snacks and drinks. Just be careful with the community kitchens.

So far my experience at Gabaldon Hall has been good. It is located more on central campus, which means that it does not take long to get anywhere for your classes. The way Gabaldon is set up kind of reminds me of a dungeon. It is a weird set up for me, my last dorm was not like this.

Living in Gabaldon Hall was the best college experience Iβve had thus far. The area is clean and comfortable and conveniently located between central and south campus. I made a few lifelong friends living there, and the memories I made will be cherished forever.

I love Gabaldon Hall. Its wonderful. All the students are GREAT! It's an easy walk to anywhere on Campus. The food is GREAT and the staff is amazing. The room is comfy with our own bathroom. Bottom floor is the best!
