McConnell Hall

There are plenty of Freshman in McConnel as well as sophomores! That makes it super easy to find friends, some of my best friends I meet across the hall. Even thought it isn't the quietist hall on campus it works when we need it too (aka midterms and finals)!! Plus we have our own printer, not all halls have those. more

Sechrist Hall

As a freshman living in Sechrist Hall I love it. For the reasons being how close it is to local bus stop as well as the campus bookstore and postal office, it is walking distance to the student Union and many local buildings. It has a beautiful scenery and the COCO community is very engaging and thoughtful to the residents by coming up with ideas to get everyone out and socializing which is very important. The RA’s are kind and helpful when it comes to any situation and are able to provide anyone with resources. more

Cowden Hall

I stayed at McConnell my freshman year and I can definitely say that Cowden is much better. It's quieter, cleaner, and the people here are more considerate. The bathrooms and public areas are always clean. more

Wilson Hall

I had a pretty good experience, its an older dorm but you cant expect to much out of a dorm room. It was pretty big and spacious but it had a tiny window which sucked. The bathroom also flooded the hallway and it smelled and was gross water just sitting in the hallway for days until something was done. I felt safe, and students are being students so besides them being students I felt safe and really liked the location because its in the middle of campus which is great. more

Tinsley Hall

Tinsley hall was very typical dorm living experience, I met a lot of people and had a lot of fun living there. Safety was a concern a few moments of the year but they got that under wraps. Cleanliness of the first floor of Tinsley was really good, the bathrooms were recently renovated and nice compared to all the other dorms on campus. more

Gabaldon Hall

I really liked not needing to share a communal bathroom which can be super gross like the ones I've heard being over at McConnel. I also think the building itself is nice and well maintained. I would definitely not recommend dorms that are known for parties like Sechrist or Reilly. more

Reilly Hall

My experience in Reilly Hall was great. The dorms were pretty small but I thought that the showers were usually clean and had hot water. I lived on the girl's floor so it was usually pretty quiet even on the weekends. My CA was not very helpful but other staff in the building were very friendly. more

I had a wonderful experience at Ernest Calderon Hall! The staff was always so nice and was the most pleasant housing area to live in. It was always clean and tidy in all of the common areas. I would recommend this dorm housing to everyone! more

My experience is good, the staff are picky about a few annoying things however. Maintenance also takes a while to answer reports, and even deleted one of mine recently. Otherwise, McKay is really great for the price. more

I lived on the first floor, which was nice because I had easy access to the laundry room. Which was nice having it in the same dorm. I also loved being on north campus it quiet and has much more open space than south campus. more

I enjoyed my time in these dorms for the most part. The common areas had a lot of variety and it usually wasn't difficult to find an open one. The room itself was awesome. I loved the big window and the layout provided plenty of storage space while leaving a modest amount of open space. My only complaint was the sound level. Maybe its this way for every dorm but we had plenty of loud neighbors and a few frustrating nights. more

Mountain View

I honestly really enjoy living up at mountain view. This will be my second year living there. I really have no complaints besides ones that everyone else has that lives there. Those being that the dumpster truck picks up the trash at the strangest hours and is never consistent and causes a huge echoness of noise that would wake even the heaviest of sleepers and the sorority events that go on. Majority of the people there are chill and have not ever had any major issues living there like in other halls. more

South Village

I lived with two other people when I lived there last semester. I mostly cleaned the bathroom because I like a clean bathroom. Sharing the fridge was kind of easy with just two other people. I did have my own room so that was great for me because you never know with people. One thing I definitely did not like was the communal laundry room; I did not like having to share washers with like a hundred other people. more

In Raymond you have one shared bedroom (2 roommates), a living room and a very small kitchen. The bathroom is in the suite -- it is only shared with your roommates. The bathroom is small, but nice; there is a shower and a bathtub, though the showerhead is pretty short, so beware of that. If you're short you probably won't even notice. The outlets are in inconvenient places, so make sure you bring extension chords. more

It is alright with the amount of time the maintenance workers put in, I always thank them when I see them and tell them how much I appreciate what they do. I feel bad since almost all the kids on my floor do not care and trash everything. They constantly party and drink. I came to school to get my degree and I worked hard to get here. more

The best part about living here is that it was so close to campus- just 10min away. The staff is kind & respectful and the apartments themselves are great quality-they even have a washer and dryer in unit. The complex is so close to the metro bus, which is awesome if you need a form of transportation, but it is very noisy at night. There are not many places to walk in the surrounding area, and I personally would not feel safe doing so. Overall, I would say it is an affordable space that serves as a decent temporary apartment. more

Great on campus apartment style dorm. The kitchen was very small and the oven/stove was half the size of a normal one but it worked. The price was expensive but worth it to be close to class. Would be great if I didnt have to share a room. more

I love my dorm room here at Pine Ridge Village. It is in a nice cozy spot right next to the sky dome. Making it easy to go to any events held there. The living space is nice as it is your own room with a shared bathroom and a very wide common area for you and your roommates. more

Morton Hall

Morton Hall is a gender inclusive housing that makes sure everyone feels welcomed and included. The CAs are really nice and they make an effort to get to know you. The building itself is historically one of the oldest buildings on campus and used to be the honors building. The floors are creaky, the hallways are echoey, ceilings are high and the rooms are spacious. more
