Mako Hall Dorm Reviews at NSU

Mako Hall was one of the best Dorm residency Nova Southeastern University has to offer. One of the dorms had a rooftop patio, it was clean and more spatial compared to the other forms. They also had a cafe outside, and chill lounges for students to use.

Mako is a newer residential hall at NSU- being around 5 years old. It is very modern, and has amazing features. All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are slow-close, so you will never hear your neighbor banging things shut! All the rooms are laid out perfectly, so even though a 1 bedroom is smaller, it feels like a lot of space.

Overall this is a great building. I've lived here the past two years and have enjoyed living here both years. This year with COVID going on the maintenance has been noticeably slower than it was last year.

I lived in Mako for a year and love the experience. Was a very nice suite but could you a little better maintenance. The Dorm was built pretty fast but is in good shape and has a beautiful view of parts of the campus.

Absolutely have loved my experience at Mako Hall. The rooms are spacious and nice. Having a bigger bed than a twin like in most dorms is so nice. The staff are always so respectful. They deserve a raise.
