Third Avenue North Dorm Reviews at NYU

I currently live in a two-bedroom suite with one suitemate. Overall, it's been a pretty good experience with minimal issues. Pretty standard college dorm and the staff is great. They've been strict covid restrictions as well which is good

I stayed at Third Avenue North my first year at NYU. It was a community within itself, with a dining hall and a small shop available right within the confines of the hall. Overall it’s a great experience.

Third North is a dorm that contains all the urban experiences. The dorm includes dancing studios, movie theaters, washing machines, and lounges for students to study and chill. The students are separated into suites. Each suite has a kitchen, living room area, bathroom.

The suite I am in has a lot of space which is really nice. The furniture in it is very comfortable and the kitchen has a lot of area to store food and other utensils. My room is also big and lets me focus on work. The bathrooms are nice but the shower is smaller than I expected it to be. Overall living here is very nice, and there haven't been any major problems with insects or mice in my suite, although students in other towers have encountered these issues.
