The location was unbeatable, across the street from the library. Accessing classes and the rest of the campus was beyond convenient. The location in the context of New York was also incredible, a short walk to the entire Downtown of New York. The dorm itself was in quite poor condition. The kitchen and bathroom were in dire need of an upgrade, the building was quite old and did not have the most pleasant smell. At the time, I could have rented something much more up to date for the same price.
