Not a bad building. Kinda outdated, but its the least "academic" of the residents buildings. The rooms are pretty standard. The furniture has seen better days, but they're okay. No moulding issues. Just dryness some times. Doors are pretty thin, so you have to be careful on how loudly you speak when its evenings. Its closest to the science and education buildings, but the art building and cafeteria are on the opposite side of campus.
