Scott hall is a pretty average dorm. There is nothing really special about it and there is nothing really bad about it either. It could be a lot better but it will do for now. It is usually pretty loud and not the cleanest. The maintenance staff does a decent job of keeping the building orderly and safe for all of its residents.
