Maple Hall Dorm Reviews at RWU

Maple hall is an old building. The fire alarms are very faulty. Each # has its own charm which is fun. Ideal spot on campus for classes on south campus. Staff is awesome too! There are 4 full bathrooms per unit.

I really enjoy the suite-like layout of each floor and how three rooms share a bathroom instead of the whole floor. The common room connects the upper and lower floor. Everything is in a walking distance.

My experience with maple hall was not great. The common rooms were extremely small and had a broken TV and that’s literally it. There was no AC and I was on the last floor in the very corner so when it was hot it was VERY hot and when it was cold it was VERY cold. The layout of maple hall was also very strange because instead of having long halls there were zig zag steps and like half floors if that makes sense. It’s hard to describe. On top of that everything was fairly outdated and just wasn’t pleasant.

All members of Maple are very friendly. Maple is laid back as long as you follow rules. Normal weekend noise but other than that it's quiet. Really cool layout of dorm rooms, close and friendly to all.
