I lived in Maya Residence Hall before the renovations (2016-2017). My experience was subpar compared to my friends in other residence halls. The quality of the residence hall did not live up to cleanliness expectations and the front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful but my resident advisors and academic mentors were wonderful.

It was a very good environment to be in. All the people were friendly and welcoming. The staff ensured our safety and providing meetings for us to express our concerns. The building was always very clean.
