Hammond Hall Dorm Reviews at Southeastern

I lived on the third floor. This was during the corona virus and they tried their best to keep us safe. Although it made college quite boring. The dorms had nothing going on and half the people there normally were. I guess it’s for the best but it wasn’t very fun.

My experiences at Southeastern Louisiana University's on campus experience at Hammond Hall was generally pleasant. The overall condition of the dormitory room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with reference to temperature control. The provided furniture was new and in excellent condition. With reference to the noise level, it was generally moderate. However, residents did follow the "Quiet Time" rule which was implemented beginning at eight o'clock p.m. Regarding the location of Hammond Hall's proximity to academic buildings where my classes were conducted, I would consider it to be "prime" ( reasonable walking distance). My overall experience residing in Hammond Hall was pleasant.

My experience at Hammond Hall has been mostly pleasant. There are a few rooms that have loud people in them but they eventually quiet down. Overall, I am satisfied. The maintenance staff is very helpful.

Hammond Hall is a good hall barely have people make noise or go in and out the building. The halls are always clean and you would make friends in the hall too. And your RA information will always be outside their room door if you have any problems you can contact them any time. The halls are coed and doubled room no singles.

My experience has been extremely good. Everybody is very friendly and if something is wrong, you can immediately contact your resident assistant and they will be there to help you with what they can. It is very safe and very clean. Maintenance is always doing something to make sure we have a healthy environment.
