This was my first ever apartment. Considering covd...this was pretty great. However, I feel if this was a normal semester I would have been less pleased. The lighting in the bedrooms are terrible - you have a small wall light and they have weird bulb sizes so you can't even swap them out yourself. Despite that...the kitchen is nice and some of the rooms have their newer furniture. The windows are nice and big which let in a lot of light and you can control the air. Overall, a pretty nice place just sucks when you have to share it (unless you live with your bestie).
