Gore Hall Dorm Reviews at Shenandoah

Living at Gore Hall during my Freshman year was a good experience overall. I enjoyed the Jack and Jill style bathrooms, however you have to clean it yourself so just have to hope your suitemates aid in the cleaning process. Gore Hall was also conveniently located near the dining hall and some academic buildings (such as the Health and Life Science building). It was also fairly safe as everyone had to swipe in to enter and you have a unique key to access your room. I never felt unsafe. It also has nice common areas, community events, and group study spaces.

It was okay, the rooms are extremely small and it is super loud!! Can hear everything going on and barely got any sleep but on the positive side it was in a nice location on campus to get to everything in a timely manner such as the dining halls/grills, classes, and library.
