MJ Brandimore House Dorm Reviews at SVSU

I haven't gone to the school yet. I just really want and need this scholarship. Sorry. If there's a way then I'll come back and update it with the truth. I literally leave in 15 days. I just want this scholarship.

It is good experience to stay in this dorm because everyone is quiet so people can study. Furthermore, people are really friendly when I walked in the door, there is always a front desk person greeting me, which make me more comfortable. Finally, it is convenient to walk around courses. Therefore, I am grateful that I can live here during school year.

MJ Brandimore was an awesome first year housing location and situation. It is in the middle of the campus which is perfect for getting to class, the cafeteria, and to friends dorms fast and easy. It is the newest building and has spacious rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.

It is very nice in the MJB house. The dorms are roomy (no pun intended haha), the bathroom and shower are big but not too big, and each dorm has it's own bathroom and kitchen unit, with a stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator.

My experience living at MJ Brandimore House as a freshmen has been amazing. There is never to much noise or to less noise. Everyone is respectful and workers even greet you as you walk in and out. They provide you with amazing things to get you through the year.

It was fun, safe, and was in a great location. It was right next to the food court and close to all the main buildings on campus. I made many friends in this building and I always felt safe. I would recommend MJB to students at SVSU.

MJB is a lovely place to live. The front desk people are so helpful and protective of our safety and the maintenance people are very helpful as well. The RAs that I have met are all very eager to help when I go to them for a problem.

I personally really like these dorms. I would say that they are the best at SVSU. At night it can be loud if you're on the first floor because people roam the halls and are walking above you. Also, the showers are a bit small but overall a great experience.

As a freshman experiencing dorm life for the first time during a pandemic I am very happy with how it is going. We have had a couple challenges and the staff have responded promptly. We were also offered a refund for going home on break at a earlier time.
