The walls and ceilings are very thin so you can hear everything that your next door and above neighbors are doing. The location of traditions is right next to the football stadium so you hear everything from the games. The recreation center is right next to traditions north so if you are into working out you do have a straight access to that. The wellness center is in the same building at traditions north so if you are ever sick and need to go there you have easy access to that too. The room styles are either 4 or 2 bedrooms each room is its own separate place so you do have some privacy you will share a bathroom with one other person but you will have your own sink. there is a common area where you have a couch a fridge, counter/cabinet space, a sink, and a microwave.
