james is pretty quiet inside and around the building even though its a lot of traffic/movememnt. they had a slight baby gecko issue which I've grown to learn is very common in the deep south. traps were set up to capture them and they worked. nothing to be scared of really. overall a clean dorm when everyone cleaned up after themselves. everyone has their own room for the school year.
