My experience here is quite noisy. There construction workers that come on onto the property with loud power tools with no notification that they are going to working on the pavements. Overall, very spacious rooms with a roomable size of the downstairs and kitchen. The air conditioning with heating system could be more up to date with the rent so high. As a student it is a great location, it is right down the street from the beautiful campus.
