It was a pleasant experience to stay at Independence East. The bathrooms in the room were nice, although the shower did not have a shelf to hold anything which was annoying. The gym on the first floor was very convenient. The beds were comfortable.

This was my first apartment-style dorm and I honestly enjoyed my experience. The community was welcoming and the room was spacious enough for multiple people to inhabit the room. Despite the shower not being pressurized and the neighboring dining hall being subpar, I have no complaints.
