Cattlet Hall Dorm Reviews at University of Iowa

It was wonderful!! Pod Style bathrooms that were well kept and great R.A's that care about their residents. The faculty members are all nice and do a great job keeping the building clean. On campus and having the dining hall downstairs is a plus.

Cattlet Hall is by far my favorite residence hall on campus, and I got very lucky to dorm there. It is the cleanest and most renovated dorm on campus. The staff there is fairly nice to interact with, and the dining hall has almost anything you could look for, and they cater to all diets.

While living in Catlett Hall, I thought it was super nice, secure, and clean. Even during COVID, they were cleaning the bathrooms constantly. They have the best study spaces on each floor and in each hallway. I would totally recommend living there. Even though the rooms are not as spacious as other dorms, the quality is amazing. It is super convenient that the dining hall is downstairs and the laundry is almost always open. They also have a gym on the bottom floor, but it's is closed right now due to COVID. One of the downsides is that the elevators take forever so its hard to get to classes on time, if you're in person. The staff at the front desk is really accommodating and understanding too. Would love to live here again.

Catlett Hall is one of the newest halls at the University of Iowa. I would say it is a very good residence hall compared to some of the other ones here! It is near downtown area which is very fun! I enjoy going downtown with my friends when I'm not studying!
