North Spencer Residence Dorm Reviews at North Carolina

This was a good dorm, but some of the residents were loud. The bathrooms were fairly clean, but people would leave their hair on the walls in the showers and the handicap individual bathroom was disgusting. Someone left their finger nail clippings on the windowsill in that bathroom.

Although it is the second oldest building on campus it is a nice dorm to live in. Since it is older and has a strange lay out (a long hallway with two short hallways on either end, and only 2 stories) it has more character than the other freshmen populated dorms on campus. This hall has deep closets in each room and tall windows, which let in nice morning light. The dorm has three exits onto College Ave, the main street of campus, and is less than a ten minute walk from any campus building. It also is directly connected to the cafeteria, and a very short walk from any of the back doors to the campus Taco Bell and market. Overall, even though it is old it is a nice building to live in.

North spencer is close to a lot of essential places like the library, cafeteria, and some educational buildings. There is not a lot of noise but it depends on who you are around. Overall, the rooms are nice and it is a good place.
