Overall an above average dormitory. Because South Hall is a tier 4 housing option at UNC, it includes a common area and its own bathroom in each dorm. Not having to share a bathroom with multiple dorms or the entire floor is the biggest strength about South Halls housing. I have had no major issues or complains when staying at South Hall.

There are some loud people as I am on floor 2 anyone walking up is loud and I hear most people. Some staff is very rude and clearly doesnt like working with others. Other staff is very respectful and very inclusive
