I have lived in Osprey Landing for one semester (summer), going on two semesters (fall). In the summer it was quiet but not too quiet. There was enough noise (people talking, playing music, having friends over, etc.) to take away the eeriness of being on campus in the summer.

It is the perfect layout for first year students. I made the most out of my semester with my roommates living there. The clubhouse employees and the RAs were all very nice and caring when it came to our safety and concerns. I had people above me that were noisy all throughout the night of finals week and after a few hours, we called the RA and it got taken care of!

I lived in Osprey Landings for both semesters of my Freshman year. (both Building X and Y. I would highly recommend these dorms. They're quiet relatively clean and are in a great location in relation to everything on campus.

I stayed in a dorm with 1 bathroom for 4 guys. NOT good. The location was great though, a very short walk to classes. And their is a basketball court and pool nearby as well. The laundry facilities were okay although I wish I didn't have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.
