Clark Hall Dorm Reviews at UNT

Clark Hall was the place to be. I met my college bestfriend in Clark Hall and am currently roomates with her in our apartment. You meet some of your lifelong friends. I have so many amazing memories that are a staple to my college experience. I don't regret staying in Clark and I would do it all again if it meant living that whole experience again.

Great dorm size, sound proof walls and close access to public shower rooms. All UNT housing comes with furniture such as beds, mattress, drawers, tables and chairs so there's no need to worry about spending thousands of dollars on furniture. No pets are allowed except for fish and service animals.

Clark was a very high quality dorm that allowed for me to take time to study with little distractions, spend time in areas with other students to have social interaction, and also the areas were clean and the staff was extremely attentive.

My exoerience was a positive experience because I had a lot of friends in the same dorm as me. I also talk a lot about how clean it was and quiet whenever people ask me about it. The reception area was also remolded to mkae it look more modern and I like how there were TV's, pool tables and lounge areas on the first floor. Only con I would say is that there are no elevators but thats just because it is a small building.

Living in Clark Hall was pretty great. It was in walking distance of 2 cafeterias, and is in great proximity to buildings like the rec center, the student union, and the administration building. The park across the street is always nice and quiet for either a picnic with friends or mid-day studying.

Residing at Clark Hall during my freshman year at UNT was definitely an experience. It is one of the oldest halls at the university and was in the middle of construction throughout the 2019-2020 year. Many of the social events on campus take place inside Clark Hall so it gives you a chance to meet peers from other halls.

It seems to be quiet, clean, and easy to access bathrooms. There could be a few people that don't like the dorm hall, but personally it is nice. Also the dorm mates are really nice and helpful to all people.

Clark Hall was a very typical college dorm experience. I lived in a triple, which meant I lived with 2 other people, but we had our own bathroom and the occasional noise from other dorm rooms wasn't unbearable.

Staying at Clark Hall provided a warm, safe and caring environment. The front desk was always occupied with a staff member on duty. Quiet hours were always followed through by the roaming residents assistants. Common areas were always kept up, neat and clean as well as having a respectful noise level. The dorm rooms are a nice and cozy size with plenty of room for space as well as decoration. Staying at Clark Hall this semester has been nothing but a blast.

I have lived at Clark hall for two years. My first year living there it was very inclusive and made a lot of friends in the hall. I was participated with most intramural with my dorm. The staff members would show up and cheer on their team. My second year, due to Covid was a bit harder to stay in touch, but the staff did a good job at keeping the residents in touch with each other and trying to make the best out of the situation while being safe. Also the Hall lobby just got remodeled in 2019.

My friend went to this school and was in Clark Hall, he described to me of how it was and what it was. He also told me about the people living in their as well and how they are to the community. I was really surprised

Clark hall was renovated the summer of 2019, they redid all of the common areas and it looks and feels modern modern and exciting. The dorm room themselves were not renovated so they were not as nice as the common areas. The rooms are small, but have a pretty surprising amount of storage in my opinion. It was easy to separate sides of the room and other common use areas (sinks, bathroom, etc.) when living with a roommate. The walking distance to the union (the common area on campus with retail dining) was a little bit bothersome at first but easy to get used to, for me it’s about a 6 minute walk. Overall I enjoyed my time at Clark Hall!

Clark Hall is a very beautiful place that is not too far from prime locations around campus. It is easy to find common rooms and the staff promotes cleanliness. My first day in clark hall, there were shelves already installed. Due to the fact that this is a freshman hall, it is easier to make friends as they are in the same age range usually.

Dorm living was not for me (I have anxiety). I stayed in a triple occupancy and our room had ants crawling along the ceiling and walls within weeks. Other than that, the dorm itself was small but fine.
