This hall is amazing, and very convenient. My favorite thing about this hall is you have cards instead of keys to enter your room. I'm especially bad at maintaining my keys, so having cards is very convenient for me to use. Its just going to stay in my wallet, and even if I lose them it's only $10 to replace them. The second think which I feel convenient is (might not be a favorite for everyone) this hall has pod-style bathrooms. I have experience in other halls, especially the Kerr hall at UNT where the bathrooms are shared between two rooms internally. The problem is they do not have locks from either side of the rooms and the flush is very loud. It's very difficult for both the rooms if someone tries to use bathroom in the middle of the night. Pod-style bathrooms at Joe Greene however, they have locks and they are outside of the room. Which means, no disturbance in the middle of the night ( at least not as much as Kerr hall).

Joe Green is an amazing hall. It is nice and quiet to study and get your work done and is also in a great location on campus. The staff and fellow resident are amazing. The only downside would be have to be that it is a community bathroom but with it being cleaned every week day it isn't that big of a problem.

It's on the outer edge of campus son a lot of the things in the city like the martial arts place I go to are within walking distance and that's what I like most about the hall. also, the rooms use cards instead of keys which is nice because in case I lose my card it cost less

In Joe Green I have been very comfortable living there, I haven't had any problems or concerns, as well as I really like how the staff is always friendly. Everything is also so clean, from the bathrooms to the halls to our common areas. If I was able to live in it again after my freshman year I totally would.

Joe Greene Hall is the newest residence hall, so it's very nice. I didn't have a roommate this year, so I got to have the whole room to myself. I recommend this hall to any new freshman coming in or anyone planning to attend UNT in the future.

It has been a great first year at UNT and having a comfortable place to lay your head at night helps during these weird times. I have made many friends and found plenty of quiet spaces to take care of my projects and studies.

Whenever I fist moved into Joe Greene Hall at UNT, i was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very nice all throughout the move in process. As the year progressed I continued to be satisfied. The whole building is always up to par and clean. Very good job with complying with the new COVID rules the university has put in place.
