Should've gone for Joe Greene. Pretty sure the bathrooms had mold. Washers and dryers messed up my clothes. Noise travels pretty bad. Second and third floor are much nicer as they're newer. RAs were cool.

Maple Hall, overall, is a nice dorm to live in. In my hall, specifically, there aren't many common areas and it is pretty loud at night. However, the room itself is nice and fairly spacious. I would recommend Maple to any incoming freshman.

Maple Hall had some of the best staff and residents I have met in my time attending UNT. The hall itself is your typical freshmen hall but the location is convenient and has better living conditions than Kerr Hall.

it was chill and nice the people there were really helpful, the resident assistance that were assigned actually did their job and helped the clueless students around. And the people who were my neighbors were nice to chat with.

It was really fun. Towards the beginning of the fall semester, it was quieter, then it started getting louder. As for the staff and maintenance of the hall, it was excellent. Each time passing through the front desk everyone would greet each other. Location wise it is a great distance from other locations on the campus. It is next to other freshman halls.

Since it's an old building, I wasn't really expecting much, but we got new furniture, which was really nice! The bathrooms (suite style, so you share with another attached room) were a bit small, but otherwise fine. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A bit noisy, but I think it depends on where your room is.

It was a fairly old dorm and the laundry mat smelt of mildewed clothes, but the rooms were safe. The MAJOR downside was that if you shared a bathroom with another room there are no locks. They can essentially access your room through the bathroom and can easily barge in when you're going to the restroom.

It's fine for a dorm. The bathrooms are very small and there is a bug problem. But the staff is very friendly and most of the residence is very nice. I mean its not the best place but that what you get with living in a dorm.

The walls are fairly thin, as are the ceiling and floors, so noise is often a problem. But Maple 12 has a very strong community; the first few weeks of the semester we always had dinner together and our RA has hosted several movie nights.

I love living in Maple St. Hall. I feel safe and cared for. It is not too quiet but not too loud. The only problem is how small the bathroom is. But besides that, Maple St. Hall is a great place to live.
