Endeavor Hall

very nice, clean rooms. great furniture and lighting. the bathrooms are very nice and cleaned frequently. the location is great as it is close to the MSC, other dorms, dining hall, etc. its basically a good walking distance for everything. more

Beacon Hall

It was very clean and well maintained but also very new when I was a resident. RA's and their supervisors were seen often but were hardly sociable or active in the students' lives or studies. The common area was welcoming and often had students hanging out and socializing, almost as much as Summit Hall with its ping pong table. more

My experience at Polar has been welcoming, and it feels like I am at home. The staff work hard to maintain and clean the building, and it provides a dining hall, which is convenient as a resident. Overall, I feel like it is a safe and comforting place to stay. more

Beta Hall

With Beta Hall, you're getting exactly what you pay for. It's not the nicest pr the newest but it gets the job done. The bathrooms aren' always the cleanest but that's because of the residents. My favorite part of living in Beta Hall was the sense of community it had. Though I only lived there for a short summer term, I cherish the friendships and memories I was able to make while living there. more

Holly Apartments

My first semester on campus was better than expected. Staying in Holly G was exactly what I wanted. You get your own private room, share a bathroom with one other person and you have a kitchen. The location was great to. Not far from the Marshall Center, the Hub or Publix.The only knock I would have against the Holly Apartments is that it's hard to socialize by how the layout of the building is set up. The common areas are not very big on each floor and the building is very plain. more

Pelican Apartments (RHO)

I had a great experience with my RA’s and the people I lived with on my floor. There were fun events and it is like a little community. The maintenance workers are always quick to respond to requests and the cleaners were always around making the spaces feel more homey. more

I lived at Horizon Hall for my first semester at USF. It was relatively quiet, and I felt safe. It was conveniently close to the dining hall, and student center, which was nice, but it was further away from classes than other residence halls. more

Magnolia Apartments

I enjoyed my time very much at magnolia. It was very quiet and peaceful, so it was great to just relax or study. The scenery was beautiful as well, I really enjoyed the courtyards. I am a music major so I would walk through the courtyards and through the duck pond to get to class and it was a lovely little adventure every morning. The rooms were the perfect size, not huge but small and cozy. The common area was nice and spacious as well. more

Osprey Suites

Osprey is a new building, and so relatively clean and free of issues that many older dorms face. It's also very central to the St. Pete campus, including the dining hall, which is in the same building. more

I preferred living off campus rather than in Epsilon dorms just because I think I was paying too much for what I was getting in the dorms. It is a good place to get the college experience for the first year but after that I didn't mind walking to school from off campus. more

Pinnacle Hall

Pinnacle hall is a wonderful place to live, very quiet a number of study common rooms. Vending machines a kitchen down stairs and easy access to everywhere on campus. It is truly nice to live here I only wish there was a kitchen in every floor instead of just the first floor more

Alpha Delta Pi House

it is a very nice place to live, every thing is clean and I have felt very safe at my time spent living there. Whenever something needs to be fixed, maintenance is very efficient to get it fixed. The cleaners are all very friendly and are super helpful around the house. more

I'm enjoying my time at Maple Hall A. The common area layout is large enough for us to gather to play games, socialize, or watch TV as a group. We have a fully equipped kitchen for those moments when you don't feel like leaving to get something to eat and want a home-cooked meal. more
