Stophel Apartments Dorm Reviews at UTC

My experience here is great! We have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a washer and dryer in unit, and a full kitchen/living room! The staff is nice. Maintenance is on a first come first serve basis, but they come in a timely manner!

I loved my experience living in Stophel dorms. The proximity to campus was perfect. The rooms were a great size, and it allowed me to feel like I was living in an actual apartment. I would recommend it to any student looking to live in a dorm at UTC.

I loved living in stophel. Although it is old, it has everything I need and has enough space where it is okay to live with others. The only thing I do not like about it is that the walls and ceilings are very thin

I feel at home at Stophel Apartments. The staff are nice and always help you when u need help. The apartment is near the pod so you have easy access to food, drinks, or whatever you need. The rooms are spacious so you can feel free rather than crowded. Overall its a great place to stay.

Stophel is a nice starter apartment. I shared a bathroom with 1 other person and almost never heard my roommates on the other side of the apartment. The elevators stop working sometimes. The maintenance works pretty quickly and the staff is nice.

I was a resident assistant there for years and it is one of the best on campus housing options in my opinion. You get apartment style living with a good kitchen and private bedroom. Hallway noise can be loud and the walk uphill sucks but it is better than any North campus apartment
