My experience in joss was pretty chill. I lived in the first floor west and I had 2 roommates so that was interesting. If you live on the first floor that means you'll have 2 roommates. The house is overall chill nothing bad to say about joss.

Joss is Boss. I've had the best time living in Joss. My roommate and neighbors are the best! Plus I have a walk in closet with a window in it!! My room at school is bigger then my room at home. Plus we have a great view onto Joss beach and nice hard wood floors that are easy to clean.
