Grace and Broad Residence Center Dorm Reviews at VCU

I can really only say that my experience here are grace and broad has been average. Nothing more, nothing less. There’s not anything special about the place and I don’t necessarily have a problem with the place.

I loved living here. It was such a cozy environment and I loved how the building had so many common spaces and cool rooms to hang out in- especially the movie room! The only complaint I could possibly have is how far it is from the lecture halls!

I lived in Grace and Broad for about a year and a half and I truly have no huge problems with it. It was a safe, quiet, and nice apartment. The only downside was the cost. It was about $743 a month for a four-bedroom suite. Although it included a full apartment-style dorm suite with two bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen and living room, the bedrooms were quite small.
