Faulkner Apartments Dorm Reviews at UVA

Except for quietness and cleanliness, everything is acceptable. I could have stayed there for longer but did not because of cleanliness. I would not recommend it to a friend or anyone else. There are other better halls.

Faulkner is a wonderful dorm on an absolutely beautiful campus. I live with only one roommate and together we share our own bathroom. We have free laundry offered to us on every hall. There is a kitchen with all of the essential appliances. It is accompanied by a small dining area. We also have a work out facility in the dorm, movie lounge, and pingpong table. It is guarded well and cleaned daily! There is a strong community of women living here who are constantly encouraging one another.

It was nice to have my own room. Faulkner was super far away from Grounds, like a 20 minute walk to Arts Grounds, and 30 to Central Grounds. You pretty much have to take the bus to get to class on time. When there's a game at JPJ, you're trapped and there's no buses. My apartment was in the basement so we had some mold issues and not a lot of light, and sometimes crickets got in.
